Our client is a garden maintenance and design company who offer a professional service for both private and commercial outdoor spaces of any size. Whether it’s a complete re-design, a regular maintenance programme, thinking up a new planting plan or just a one-off visit. They have a longstanding loyal client base and work on some extremely lovely high-end properties. They are looking for an undergardener to join their mobile team, working in teams of two if would be ideal if the successful candidate could drive but they may consider assistant gardeners with good experience who do not drive.

Duties

• Mowing and Lawn Maintenance
• Strimming
• Pruning
• Ground preparation
• Seasonal planting
• Weeding
• Watering
• Ensuring gardens are clear of debris

Person Specification

• A minimum of 2 years experience
• Formal horticulture qualifications are an advantage
• A passion for gardening
• A good knowledge of plants, pruning, lawn care, pest and disease identification and treatment
• A client focused attitude
• To be well presented
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
