Domestic Landscape Estimator

Over the last 35 years Creative Landscapes have been constructing domestic gardens.  We are seeking to employ a full time estimator to join our office team at our Worcestershire site.  

The ideal candidate will be supporting the current team of designers and estimators in preparing and submitting quotations for both hard and soft landscaping work.  Visiting clients to measure and provide costs for the work required.  Strong sales ability will be required. You will also be responsible for visiting the sites during construction and meeting clients to discuss the work as it progresses.  During site visits you will monitor progress throughout the building works and provide advice to the construction teams.  Purchase of materials required for the work.

Skills and experience 

A minimum of 5 years of working within the landscape industry and previous experience in providing costs for domestic landscape work.

Computer literate demonstrating a sound understanding of both Excel and Word.  

Good time management and ability to work to deadlines

Good Communication skills with our construction teams and clients.

Attention to detail 

A full driving licence is essential.
