Job Details
We are working on an opportunity for a passionate grower to join a respected grower group, with a nursery in Suffolk.
About the Role
As a Grower, it would be your job to help to develop the business by growing quality plants from seed to final production. Your duties will include, seeding, germination and growing, inspecting the crop for pest and diseases. You will be a grower looking to establish a career long term and work your way up to become a grower manager.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates who have a horticultural background and experience of working in a commercial nursery. You will hold your PA1 and PA6 and be looking to develop in a successful environment. Candidates from both an ornamental or fresh produce background are equally encouraged to apply.
