AHS Ltd is excited to be recruiting for a Procurement Manager to join our busy team.

About the Role
This is a standalone role in which the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective management of stock, control and development of our supply chain and procurement of landscaping materials. This includes assisting the sales team with specialist product pricing.
Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers and review quarterly to ensure we remain competitive.
Maintain up to date records of suppliers and products including relevant quality documentation/certification and expiry dates etc.
Review the quality of purchased products to ensure quality compliance.
The Ideal Candidate
Will have experience within the landscaping or timber industry.
Will have a good understanding of all applicable EU and UK procurement legislation is essential, including FSC and EUTR.
The ability to build strong working relationships with existing and new suppliers, therefore excellent communication and influencing skills are required.
The ability to prioritise own workload.
