Team Leading Arborist - 43304

Our client seeks a self motivated Team Leading Arborist wishing to join a friendly, motivated company to work part as a team. You must have excellent timekeeping skills as well as always putting in maximum effort and working to a high standard.

IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE

Based in Esher, Surrey we offer a good variation of works, both domestic and commercial. We operate throughout Surrey, South London and Reading.

Duties:

Duties will include all aspects of felling, planting and pruning of trees, shrubs and hedges.

Must have experience working with heavy equipment: MEWPs, tracked chipper and tracked stump grinder.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

All climbing tickets (CS30-31-32-38-39-41), to include Aerial Tree Rigging and Aerial Rescue.

Full Driving License

Trailer License.

Good knowledge of Tree Ident.

Must be aware of safe working practices.

Excellent organisational skills

Excellent customer service skills.

Excellent time keeping

Must be hardworking, polite, presentable and extra reliable and familiar with our area.

What’s on offer

28 days leave (to include Bank holidays)

Salary - £32-35k

Monthly Phone allowance.

Monthly Performance Bonus, and Saturday overtime when available and required.

All PPE equipment supplied after a successful 6 month trial period.
