Are you an experienced area sales professional with a background selling to the commercial growers and nurseries? Are you based in the Surrey/Bucks/Berks area? If so, we'd like to hear from you.

About Our Client
Our client is a leading wholesaler who offers a mix of products to the commercial horticulture growers. They supply excellent service and work hand-in-hand with their customers to help them grow their business. They offer a one-stop-shop for all the growers' needs and have technical support available to call upon. They are well known in the horticulture sector and have a great reputation. The range of products that they offer adds value to growers and retailers alike. The team has an excellent understanding of the retail supply chain and garden retail sector.

About the Role
This role will focus on the sale of products to the commercial growers and nurseries within the designated area as well as some key accounts. You will utilise your sales experience to deliver increased sale volumes and new business. You will work closely with the growers and nurseries to identify the products which add the most value to them and help them grow their own sales as a result. You will travel to meet clients and understand the challenges that they are facing to help create solutions. You will build lasting relationships with your customers and invest time in them to deliver results.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a background in sales of products to the horticulture market. You will have a proven track record of delivering commercial results, sales and account growth with the commercial growers and nurseries. You will be an organised individual, who can maximise the use of your time and route plan affectively. You will have a proactive approach and be able to create solutions for customers. You will be based in the Surrey/Berks/Bucks area and have a relationship with the growers in this area.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience in a sales role within the horticulture sector. You will be a dynamic and proactive individual who can communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders.
