Hard Landscaping Foreman

Our client is an award-winning design, build and maintenance company located near Reading with the added benefit of their own plant nursery. They have been transforming gardens for over 30 years.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled hard landscaper with previous foreman experience to lead a team and complete high-end landscaping projects.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in hard landscaping, and be fully qualified and experienced in paving, fencing, brick / blockwork, timber decking, composite decking, turfing and planting.  He / She will lead a team of 3 – 7 and oversee all aspects of the quality of work. Responsibilities include liaising directly with the client as required, reading and setting out to scale drawings and working to specifications. He / She will be confident using a range of garden machinery and power tools. A full driving licence is required for the role.

The role is a full time, permanent position and the hours of work are 7.30 am to 4.30 pm. A work vehicle will be provided for travel to and from work and for work activities. Benefits include training opportunities, 28 days holiday and a company pension scheme.
