Junior/Graduate Farm Manager | Fresh Produce | Kent

We are working with a large commercial farming and fresh produce business that has multiple farms in the South East Area. They are known throughout the fresh produce industry as being innovative, enthusiastic and successful growers of a wide range of different crops and currently have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Junior/Graduate Farm Manager to join their team.

As a Junior/Graduate Farm Manager you will rotate across numerous different elements of their farm in Kent so you can develop a full and deep understanding of their busy farming operation. This will include working with both their harvesting and growing teams. Once you have successfully completed your training scheme, you will then progress up to a management position.

This will not be a standard "9-5" job due to the nature of fresh produce so we are looking for candidates that are motivated, energetic and hardworking. You will need to be resilient and responsible as well as engaging and able to work from your own initiative.

Candidates will have a degree in agriculture/horticulture as well as some practical, hands-on experience too (tractor driving experience is required).
