Technical Product Manager | Fresh Produce | Cambs
Depending on Experience
This is a fantastic role for an experienced QA Manager / Technical Manager who has worked within horticulture and fresh produce for their career. Within this role, you will ensure the business supplies the best quality product to the retailers and ensure compliance at all time. You will manage the quality control team, you will engage with the retailers on quality matters, you will work collaboratively with the commercial, procurement and sustainability teams to ensure the business is at the forefront of innovation.
For this role, they are looking for experience in horticulture/retail, great people skills, working knowledge of fresh produce, a passion for dealing with customers, along with good commercial understanding.
