Grower/Horticulture Graduate | Hampshire

We are delighted to be working with a premier tree grower in Hampshire as they look for passionate, enthusiastic and eager Horticulture Graduate to join their team. This dynamic horticulture business is a well-known industry leader and has a widely known reputation for growing high-quality trees, plants and shrubs.

The role:
As a Graduate, you would go in as a Grower and be trained by the team around you. You would be expected to learn the ropes and then go on to progress your career within the business. Initially, your responsibilities will include:

• Growing trees
• Planting trees
• General plant husbandry
• Pruning
• Lifting and selecting trees
• Crop walking

The person:
We are looking for candidates who have a genuine interest in horticulture and establishing a career in the industry. You will have a background/training in horticulture (diploma/degree) and be willing to learn. You will also be hardworking, happy to spend time outdoors and keen to get stuck in. There are geniune opportunities for the right candidate to progress in this role and the business is willing to put candidates through training for spraying certificates etc.
