Site Engineering Manager - Fresh Food
Our client is one of the UK's most successful fresh food organisations. They are looking for a dynamic Site Engineering Manager with an electrical and mechanical background.
You will be responsible for the leadership, development and planning of the engineering department covering not only the production area but also all other facilities management. People development and management is key to the role, as well as championing best practice, maintenance planning and project management.
In this role you will have a proven track record as an Engineering Manager / Supervisor with broad engineering expertise who is a pragmatic and enthusiastic team player. It is essential that you have experience in managing people, scheduling work and budget control within a food business.
This role comes with a competitive salary of £45K along with excellent benefits.
