Senior Supervisor - Landscape & Grounds Maintenance

The Direct Services Organisation (DSO) delivers £20m / annum of operational services on behalf of Slough Borough Council for local people and businesses through safe, efficient and effective operational teams.
We are looking for an energetic, tenacious, “can do” individual to work and develop within the Landscape & Grounds Maintenance of the DSO, reporting to the Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Manager.
You must have three or more years experience of supervising operational staff and subcontractors in a Landscape & Grounds Maintenance management or similar service, to include line management, Health & Safety, staff performance and technical/legislative compliance.
A proven people manager and problem solver, with a good eye for detail and cost control, you will embrace the challenges of working within the diverse and vibrant communities which make Slough an exciting place for the people who live and work here.
