Assistant Grower/Production Manager

The role:
As Assistant Grower/Production Manager, you will be shadowing the Production Manager in the glasshouses, gaining a thorough understanding of the crop and culture of the business. You will have various responsibilities such as crop walking, monitoring pests and diseases, spraying, maintaining the climate in the glasshouse and learning how to grow a premium crop.

The person:
We are looking for candidates who ideally have a degree in horticulture and 2-3 years' experience of working in a commercial glasshouse. You will be keen to learn and looking for a position in which you can develop personally and professionally. You will be an excellent ream player and enjoy working in a hands-on role.
