Our client is currently growing on over 400 acres and is now looking for a Grower to join their busy team. This well-established nursery also has a packhouse and cold store on site. Do you have experience in growing? Are you looking for your next challenge? Then apply below.

You will be supporting the nursery in growing a wide variety of plants. Pest and disease monitoring will fall into your remit, as well as spraying, crop walking and supervising a team. You will also support in the lift and grading of plants and support other areas of the operation when required.

You will hold your PA1 and PA6, and ideally, hold a qualification in horticulture. You will have strong plant knowledge and be confident in plant production. You'll hold previous experience in a large nursery environment, ideally growing hardy stock. You will be a hands-on, team player with the ability to lead a team of people.

We will look at applications from candidates with a horticultural growing background, but also those from an agricultural background who are looking for a new challenge.
