Notcutts garden centre in Tunbridge Wells delights our customers with a wonderful experience, offering expertise and friendly service; whether it’s in our planteria, restaurant or browsing our extensive ranges in garden furniture, sundries, gifts or homeware. We have exciting plans for the future of our garden centre too. We are now looking to appoint a General Manager to take what is already a very successful garden centre to even greater heights.

You’ll already be a General Manager and experienced in managing a large and complex retail business. Notcutts will support and encourage you to take ownership for your garden centre; a business that will be yours to run. We’ll also listen to your ideas and you’ll have complete P&L responsibility. You’ll have strong central support balanced with local autonomy to deliver customer experience and employee engagement.

Most of our successful managers have worked in retail, some in other garden centres but all of them are commercial and, at heart, passionate about customer experience. We’ve grown a long way from our roots, but our values remain the same.
