Key points

• Take full responsibility for managing the day to day garden plant department
• Being at the forefront of ordering products as per seasonal requirements
• Merchandising to maximise sales opportunities, promoting stock in key areas
• To lead and promote the highest standards of customer care
• Assisting in the management of budgets and analysing weekly sales performance

Must haves

• Sound knowledge of plants with the ability to share and coach the team
• Ability to make good judgement and discretion at all times
• Competent in ensuring exceptional operational and commercial standards
• Attention to detail in all areas of the role
