Skilled Arable Operator | Kent | £30k - £35k plus accommodation available

Do you have experience spraying, cultivation and ploughing on a large arable farm? Due to internal progression, our client is looking for an experienced arable farm operator to join their large operation based in East Kent. The company currently farms 3,000 ha of cereals, maize and energy crops. They have two AD plants on site and are now looking for someone to join their busy team.

Drilling, cultivation and ploughing will all fall into your remit. You will also take part in relief spraying, workshop duties and any other general farm work required of you.

You:
PA1 and PA2 are essential. An agricultural qualification is desirable. You will be confident in drilling, as this will be a big part of the role. You will have at least a couple of years experience on an arable farm, ideally working on a similar size operation. You'll be comfortable operating and maintaining an array of large machinery. Previous workshop experience is desired but not essential; however, you must have the willingness to learn. You will be comfortable working as part of a team and working solo.
