37.5 hours per week
Any 5 days out of a 7 day period
Circa £26,422 per annum

RHS Garden Rosemoor is an enchanting garden set in the beautiful Torridge Valley, designed to provide year round interest and inspiration to all gardeners and plant lovers.
We are looking for a team leader someone with bundles of enthusiasm, creativity, strong organisation and planning skills to manage this team of talented Horticulturists; good leadership and communication skills are essential, developing and motivating Horticulturists, Students and Apprentices along with Volunteers in your charge. You will have proven expertise in this field, have ideas to add value to our learning and garden event initiatives and be able to deliver outstanding customer service to our visitors at all times.
You must have an excellent knowledge and expertise in general horticulture along with knowledge of the various specialisms this role is responsible. Educated to RHS Level 3 Diploma in Horticulture or equivalent, or with relevant experience.
