• Take full responsibility for managing the day to day garden plant department
• Assisting in the management of budgets and analysing weekly sales performance

• Merchandising to maximise sales opportunities, promoting stock in key areas

• Sound knowledge of plants with the ability to share and coach the team
• Ability to use good judgement and discretion at all times

• Strong communication skills to deal with colleagues at all levels
