Working under the direction of the NPD Manager, you will represent the business designing and developing floral bouquets for a leading retail customer. This is a very creative role, and will suit someone with experience in Product Development/ Floristry.

The Job:
Working on development briefs to create product ranges that meet customer requirements and within budget.
Competitor shopping
Attend photo shoots / press shows / events.
Work with the procurement teams in sourcing hardware, packaging etc.
Ordering of floral samples

The Candidate:
You will currently be working as a Product Developer/ Florist.
Have a full driving licence.
Have good creative flair and passion for development.
Keen eye for detail.
Experience of presenting to retailers.
Flexible approach to work
