About the Job:
This role will support the Head of Brand across the product development and marketing cycle. You will use your creative skills to come up with great ideas to make the most of the trends coming into the market. You will use these ideas and creative edge to brief manufacturers in China and liaise with them to ensure the products developed meet the business requirements and are delivered to brief. You will support on the wider design and product development process and have your own lines to look after in full too. You will be proactive in managing the communication with the Chinese factories to ensure products will be ready for production to meet schedules for the seasonal product ranges. You will also be involved in the marketing of the products and be comfortable creating literature about the products to support marketing and sales. You will also be able to handle marketing campaigns on social media and prepare materials for trade shows.

The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in marketing / business / product design. You will have an interest in how the products that you see in shops make it to the shelves. You will need to be an excellent communicator, be proactive and be willing to learn all about the nuances of developing and importing products from China.

Minimum Requirements:
You must be a strong team player, be proactive and have a great can-do attitude. You will want to progress your skills and your career.

Salary:
DOE ~£18k - £25k
