“Pick-Your-Own” Working Farm Manager
A hands-on manager for multi-award winning Pick-Your-Own Farm in Enfield growing a wide variety of soft fruit and vegetable crops, exclusively for Pick-Your-Own.
Initially working alongside owner/manager responsibilities will include planning, managing staff team, all aspects of fruit & veg husbandry, financial management etc.
The appointed manager will be a self-motivated & experienced grower with the ability to maintain high standards enjoying a very wide variety of jobs and interacting with the public.
Regular weekend work is essential during peak summer months.
Remuneration will be very competitive for the right person, commensurate with experience/ability. Accommodation could be available
