Garden Maintenance Supervisor - 41246

Our clients are an established, friendly garden maintenance and planting company based in North London.    B.A.L.I members. Award Winners.    They currently have a vacancy for a hands on Garden Maintenance Supervisor with good plant knowledge.    The sucessful candidate will be an enthusiastic, motivated person with good commercial awareness.     You will require at least three years’ experience and boast very sound horticultural skills. In order to enthusiastically maintain high quality domestic gardens, returning to the same customers on a regular basis.    You will need to be able to communicate with clients in a professional and helpful manner, customer service is of utmost importance within this role.    You will usually work with one assistant in a two person team.    PPE and uniform supplied without charge       42.5 hour basic week includes half hour paid lunch break.   Weekday overtime paid at time and a quarter.   Saturday overtime paid at time and a half.         PA1 / PA6 certification an extreme advantage.   A full clean driving licence and van driving experience is essential.
