Our client has experience of a wide range of gardens and outdoor spaces, including courtyards, rooftop terraces, town house gardens, front gardens, eco builds, basements, container gardens, outdoor kitchens and country estates. They fully understand the complexities and opportunities of working in outdoor spaces with difficult access and limited space. This client is now looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to join their team in London.

Experience is required in the following fields:

• Pest and plant knowledge
• H&S practices
• Customer liasion
• Knowledge, use and safe practice of plant machinery

Person Specification:

• Organised
• Team management skills
• Experience and understanding of all aspects of H&S
• Garden Maintenance Experience
• Leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Good record keeping skills
• PA1 & PA6 Desirable
• Driving License Desirable
