Due to continued success and growth, we are seeking an experienced Farm Operations Manager to join a sixth-generation farming business based just north of Penzance in Cornwall.
The farm grows a variety of brassica, organic and potato crops across 7,000 acres of land and has developed into on of the UK's leading brassica growers.

The opportunity:

As Farm Operations Manager you will be responsible for all areas of farm management including:
- Planning crop programmes
- Soil testing
- Variety selection
- Trialling technical advancements
- Liaising with contract grower's
- Staff management

The ideal candidate:

We are looking for experienced fresh produce Farm Operations Managers who are passionate and dedicated growers. You do not necessarily have to have worked with brassica crops before, but you will have worked with field crops. You will have strong leadership skills and previous experience of managing a team. It also important that you have strong IT skills.
