Experienced Gardener required for 6 acre private garden close to Potters Bar.

We are seeking a versatile Gardener with previous experience of working within a private home environment. Candidates should be self-motivated, organised and hands on with good all round horticulture/plant knowledge and a high level of attention to detail. References will be required.

• You will be an experienced estate gardener (5 years+)
• Be confident, friendly, cheerful, and able to work in partnership with the owner
• Have sound and proven practical gardening experience
• An ability to work on own initiative
• Train and supervise the Assistant Gardener
• Have experience in the operation and maintenance of irrigation systems
• Have a flexible approach to working hours
• Be looking for a long term position
• A full driving licence and your own transport are required for this role.
