Maintenance Gardener (Temp to Perm)

Maintenance Gardener required for an extremely selubrous site in South West London. You will also be opporating a roll on roll off green waste vehicle.

You will be working within a busy team on a static site but may travel to their other Manor Homes on ocasion and would require.a C1 Towing Catagory License with you will hold by default if you passed your driving test prior to 1994.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in stunning grounds and with a maintenance team which produces high end results.

You must be trustworthy, reliable and have an exceptional work ethic and time keeping skills; experience operating tractors/ride on mowers is an advantage but training can be given.

The ideal candidate will have previous grounds/garden/estate maintenance experience and hold good knowledge of garden plants, pests and diseases.

Skills and experience:

• CRB check will be required however you can start right away, you will need to go through the companies strict security checks in order to be successful with your application.
• NVQ or Diploma in Horticulture / Landscaping (or equivalent) preferable
• Spraying Certificates – NPTC PA1 &PA6 preferable, but not required
• Ride-on mowers and experience operating tractors a distict advantage
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience Garden/Grounds Maintenance
