This centre started as a family business and with expansion in the 1990’s has become a highly successful destination garden centre, renowned for quality and service and is the place to discover the best indoor and outdoor living with everything for the home and garden and an exclusive range of top quality plants.  They have an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Plant Manager to join the team.

Key points

• Ensuring the department is well stocked and looking fresh
• Merchandising and displays of a wide range of plants
• Monitoring of plant sales and taking appropriate action
• Leading a team of staff to offer excellent customer sales and service
• Maintaining a good level of housekeeping standards

Must haves

• A good working knowledge of plant retailing
• The ability to merchandise effectively creating innovative plant displays
• Excellent team leadership skills
• Be well organised with good attention to detail in all tasks
