This vegetable and soft fruit farm is looking for someone who is fresh into a farming career and is looking for an opportunity to develop.

The Company:
They are a well-established farm based in Surrey growing on 130 acres. They produce a wide range of vegetables, salad leaves, herbs and soft fruit both indoors and outdoors. They have also expanded into running a successful farm shop and Pick Your Own scheme as well as supplying into some of London's Top Restaurants.

The Job:
You will be new to the farming world, with a passion for growing and an urge to develop your knowledge and skillset. You will work alongside the Farm Manager to support with day-to-day logistics of the farm, the running of a small team and hands on work. You will oversee and work with the growing and irrigation of crops, both outdoor and protected. This role has the opportunity to develop so this will also be something you desire.

You:
You will have some experience with working on a farm - preferably with vegetables or soft fruit
Desirably you will have PA1, PA2, PA6 and licences for both tractor driving and forklift driving. These are not essential, however.
You will be looking for an opportunity to progress and show a desire to learn and develop within a role.
