Are a busy andfast-growing company based Leicester and due to ambitious growth plans they are now recruiting for extra staff to join our Operations team. This is a hands-on, logistics position and candidates need to be flexible, hard-working, and have a strong can-do attitude towards stock management and workflow processes. About the job:

This is an interesting, varied, and exciting opportunity to join a busy team in a rapidly expanding company. As a member of the logistics operations team you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse and yard areas, as well as establishing great stock control through receipt, storage and picking processes. From time to time you may also be required to assist in the production areas including installations and general planting. Experience of working with ERP and WMS systems as well as logistics providers would be an advantage. The companies wide range of clients include blue chip offices, top hotels, restaurants, retail centres and showrooms, with the ultimate objective of over delivering on customer service expectations.

We’re looking for:

Attitude, personable, hard-working, can-do attitude and working to strict deadlines. Flexibility, wide range of tasks and some early starts. Physical fitness – the role is hands on and can include lifting/moving items safely. Ability, you’ll need to be comfortable with driving, using tools, proactively solving problems, communicating with customers and ideally experienced/passionate at working with plants.
