We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Garden Centre Managers and Garden Centre Operations Managers for our Nationwide clients. We have independents and groups that are seeking candidates who are innovate and aspiration retailers. They are seeking people who have the ability to be the Garden Centre General Manager of the future who can take their business forward.

Our client needs people who can demonstrate exceptional customer service, keep shop floor standards to the highest level, be strong and driven leaders who can manage, hit and set KPI's as well as coach and train staff. They are seeking passion and drive as well an eye for detail. Superb organisational skills and the ability to make the most of every sales opportunity and also ensuring the highest customer experience levels at the same time.
