Account Exec | Graduate Opportunity

We are working with a large, market leading horticultural business looking to add to their very successful Commercial team. They are looking to take on an entry level position dealing with various commercial accounts and assisting Account Managers where necessary in the horticultural sector working on plants.

The Job:
We are looking for an enthusiastic new addition to their team to get in on the ground floor of a growing business, working with high end high street retailers. Supporting the Account Execs and Managers your day-to-day would be working with suppliers and clients alike sorting details of sales and procurement. The crucial factor in all of this will be relationship building where possible to further grow ties with retailers and other businesses. You will also be working closely with stock and orders to ensure information and specs are accurate across the account management and buying teams.

The Candidate:

To be successful in this role you would be enthusiastic about horticulture, growing or cut flowers with a commercial mindset looking to get into account management. You will also have:
A degree or similar qualification in either agriculture, agri-food or produce; or a years' experience working in the industry.
Excellent communication, Microsoft Office and relationship building skills.
A really enthusiastic working attitude that will see you taking on challenges, working to high levels of detail and learning quickly in a fast paced industry.
