Our client is based on a prestigious site based in Virginia Water, Surrey. They are looking for an experienced Under Gardener with a proven track record of maintenance on high end gardens. The gardens are made up of both formal and informal with Japanese and oriental gardens, kitchen garden, lake and streams

Responsibilities:

• All aspects of garden maintenance including: Pruning Weeding Cultivating Planting Pest and diesis identifying/application Irrigation system maintenance Lake and stream maintenance Lawn care works Lawn Maintenance Hedge cutting Topiary works Spraying of organic pesticides Experience in the maintenance and upkeep of outdoor lighting and general handyman duties as required

Person Specification

• Hort Qualification PA1/PA6 desirable Experience in a similar role Team player Good plant knowledge Experience using machinery Happy to work 1 Saturday in 5 with a day off in lieu
