Our client has developed a highly successful garden centre established over many years and is widely known for stocking a comprehensive range of plants, home and leisure goods, gifts and seasonal lines which are provided by a dedicated and professional team of staff. They are currently seeking an Outdoor Leisure and Christmas Department Manager who will play a key role in driving sales and delivering results.

Do you enjoy providing excellent customer sales and service?

Can you present and maintain high standards of retailing?

Do you have a good understanding of seasonal changes within garden centre retailing?

Key points

• Stocking and presenting a wide range of products
• Assisting in all areas of customer sales and service
• Ensuring your department is well merchandised at all times
• Analysing sales and taking appropriate action
• Leading and inspiring a team of staff

Must haves

• The ability to merchandise to high standards of retailing
• Excellent team leadership skills
• A good working knowledge of Outdoor Leisure goods
• Good attention to detail in all daily tasks
