Farm Manager | Salad & Brassica Crops

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Farm Manager to run our client's salad and brassica operation in Lancashire. This farming business is highly regarded throughout the industry and prides itself on producing high quality fresh produce for some of the UK's leading retailers, food manufactures and wholesalers.

As Farm Manager you will be responsible for all farming activities including managing farm staff, managing farm equipment, crop planning, sourcing land and budget management. You will also be expected to drive forward innovation and develop the current farming techniques to ensure that maximum farm efficiency and profitability is achieved.

We are looking for candidates who have previous farm management experience. You will have also worked with fresh produce crops before, ideally salad or brassica crops. Previous staff management experience is also essential. Most importantly, however, you will have drive, ambition and passion for farming. FACTS & BASIS qualifications would be beneficial but are not essential.
