A dedication to horticulture and relevant experience is essential, along with a good knowledge of plants.

We're a busy team, so being organised and able to work on your own initiative as well as closely following directions will be vital.

You would be coming to one of the oldest gardens in England, an extraordinary place founded in 1197, but you'd find it at a moment of transition, and so could play a key active role in the various exciting planting projects planned for the next few years.
