We are working with an international farming business as they look for an enthusiastic Trainee Store & Grader Manager to join their team in Cambridgeshire. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the storage and grader facilities as well as coordinating with customers and suppliers to ensure demands are met.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are ambitious and keen to learn. There are very real opportunities to progress within the business and they will invest in the right person to put you through training.

Responsibilities:

You will oversee the running of the grader and the stores (seed potatoes) and work to meet deadlines and KPI's regarding quality and quantity. This will include responsibilities such as managing the grader output, assisting in managing permanent and agency staff and liaising with customers.

The person:

We are looking for individuals who are keen to get stuck in and learn on the job. You will need to have a clean driving licence and preferably experience of operating tractors and forklifts. Experience of working in fresh produce would be ideal, as would experience of managing others, however training will be given to the correct candidate.
