Customer Service Support | £21K - £25K DOE
Are you looking to be part of a UK based company developing and producing inventive biological products for agriculture, horticulture and sports turf? Do you have excellent inter-personal skills, a strong knowledge of MS Office and fantastic communication skills? As Customer Service Support, you would be responsible for general business and office administration as well as providing support to managers in terms of marketing and customer relationship building.
You would manage and develop both new and existing clients, ensuring that all customers receive the same excellent service and support.
You will be required to monitor and analyse market trends as well as identifying target markets through your knowledge of the horticultural and agricultural industries.
Your role will also incorporate office management responsibilities as well.
In order to successfully become Customer Service Support, you must have a high level of written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and high attention to detail.
Must be a strong team player who is willing to support and assist others in the office regardless of title or grade level.
Strong knowledge of the agriculture, horticulture and amenity markets for agrochemical products. Having an understand of certification and auditing (in particular Soil Association Audit).
Task prioritisation and time management skills are also very attractive.
A full, valid, clean UK driving licence is needed for this role.
