Agronomist | Kent

We are excited to be working with one of the most well recognised and highly regarded agricultural business as they look to take on an Agronomist to join their specialist agronomy team in Kent. The role will be mostly home/field based and will give you the opportunity to progress your career and establish yourself within the agricultural industry.

Your responsibilities:
You'll be visiting arable farms in Kent to advise your customers on crop nutrition, crop protection and current agricultural legislation.
Crop walking with your customers to ensure that you understand their needs.
Developing our client's presence in Kent.
Developing new business and forming strong professional relationships with both new and existing customers.

The person:
A background in agriculture and a strong understanding of the industry.
A self-starter who is able to develop new business and follow up leads.
A fantastic communicator who enjoys interacting with people.
FACTS or BASIS qualifications and experience of working in a commercial role.
Full UK driving licence is essential.
