Maintenance Gardener- Live Out - EC6864

A prestigious business in Norfolk has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Gardener to join their Garden Maintenance and Landscaping Team.

The company, based in West Norfolk, provides high standards of Farm and Real Estate services that includes the grounds maintenance work and Landscaping for desirable residential and commercial properties local to their office and across North Norfolk and Cambridge.

The maintenance gardener will report into the Team Leader and as a team, you would be responsible for all grounds and garden maintenance tasks using modern vehicles and up to date machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have drive and be highly self-motivated with a good eye for detail and complete the work to a high standard. He / She will be organised, maintain compliance with health and safety obligations at all times and carry out work with minimal supervision. 

Applicants must have demonstratable experience of garden maintenance and be competent with a full range of machinery. He / She should have good horticultural knowledge and ideally have completed a horticultural training/qualification. A full clean driving licence is essential for the role. Also, the ability to tow trailers, and grounds maintenance related training certificates such as PA1 & PA6 and chainsaw certificate would prove advantageous.

As this job role involves outdoor work in all weather conditions, the successful candidate should be physically fit and complete tasks on time. A reliable, and well-presented person along with good communication skills is expected.

SALARY:       £18,000–£22,000 depending on experience (accommodation available for rent if required)
