Our client is a company located in the beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands, south-east of The Bahamas and north-east of Cuba.

The Landscaping division operates in a diverse and interesting locale and offers a variety of work-sites including large scale resorts, private businesses to intimate private villas with a staff of fifty employees. Assignments would range from executing design installs, regular maintenance, irrigation, and pesticide control. 

They are looking to hire a talented, dynamic, and experienced Landscape Supervisor immediately.

Job description

The Landscape Supervisor's role will require attention to detail on job sites; an ability to report issues; assess estimates and costs; adhere to budgets and carry out accurate invoicing.  A large part of the role involves organising and supervising crews in order to carry out landscaping assignments. The ability to problem solve and remain highly communicative to the team is essential.

Key Skills

• This position requires a Qualification in Landscaping or Horticulture.
•  A minimum of two years’ experience on large landscape installations, with knowledge on site and soil preparation is essential.
• Proficient in working with heavy machinery.
• Computer literate with the ability to use and troubleshoot with company software including but not limited to Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
