Job Details
Our client is an expanding family run business. They are seeking a Skilled Landscape Supervisor to join their team. You will be responsible for motivating and supervising the labourers as well as carrying out landscaping tasks to a high standard.
The successful candidate must have:
- A proven record of accomplishment in landscaping – minimum of two years.
- Good customer and people skills.
- Be fluent in English.
- Be well presented, hardworking and polite.
- Full clean UK driving licence is preferable, but not essential.
- The ability to self-motivate and the desire to work within a team.
- Previous experience and competence in operating a range of power and hand tools.
- Excellent awareness of Health & Safety and implementing procedures.
- Proven ability to achieve/exceed business objectives.
- Experience implementing quality standards and working to customer specifications and detailed plans.
You will need the following landscaping skills and be able to complete them to the highest standard
❖ Paving ❖ Decking ❖ Fencing ❖ Artificial grass installing ❖ Soft landscaping ❖ Some experience of carpentry/woodworking preferred, but not essential
