Garden Centre Goods-in Supervisor

Our client is an up-market garden centre group who are currently seeking a well organised Goods-in Supervisor to support the Garden Centre Management team and provide a consistent and accurate service from the stock room.

The Job:
The role will be to effectively and efficiently manage the stock room and thereby provide a timely and attentive service to all your shop floor colleagues. Including:
Goods inwards
Stock preparation
Stock movement
Stock checking
Team management
Waste management
Site security
Administration and record keeping

The Person:
For the role our client is seeking a dynamic and responsive person who can keep up with demands for stock at the busiest times of the year effectively and efficiently and appreciates the season nature of the role. Someone who works well in a team, is well organised with a good level of numeracy, literacy and IT skills. Forklift certificate and training would be desirable but training can be given if needed.
