Site Services Coordinator | Fresh Produce

Our client is a leading and progressive fresh produce business who work closely with growers, suppliers and customers alike. They are looking to hire a Site Services Coordinator to join their site based in Cambridgeshire.

The Job:

Reporting into the Managing Director, you will undertake a range of administrative and site duties to support the entire team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include facilities management, Health & Safety, BRC compliance standards, stock control, resource planning and continuous improvement. You may also be required to deputise for the Yard Manager and Packhouse Manager when necessary.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience supervising a team, identifying and implementing process improvements, working to KPIs and managing engineering projects. It is also essential that you have some experience working with fresh produce. This role would suit a Site Services Coordinator, Facilities Manager/Coordinator or H&S Coordinator who is looking for their next challenge. This role is a Monday - Friday role working 40 hours a week, no shifts.
