As Farm Manager, it will be your job to:

Lead the growing and crop planning for the one-hundred-acre site in Herefordshire. Support will always be on offer by the Head of Growing.

Operate sophisticated computerised fertigation and irrigation equipment (PRIVA).

Recording accurate yield information.

You will also be responsible for motivating and running a small growing team.

We are looking for candidates who have:

Ideally, you will also possess qualifications such as FACTS, BASIS, PA1, 2, 6a & 6b.
