Farm Business Manager

This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded Farm Business Manager to join a highly regarded fresh produce business that is dedicated to growing high quality products for their customers.

You will be responsible for our client's own growing operation, taking full budgetary control for the farming side of the business. You'll be working closely with farmers to ensure that great crops are being grown, budgets are being met and that farms are adopting a culture of continuous improvement.

You'll also be working with the Procurement team to ensure that the farms are growing the produce needed to meet customer demand.

We are looking for candidates who have come from a farm management background and that have experience of working with fresh produce or potatoes. You'll be organised and have strong data management skills. It is important that you have both a strong understanding of growing and good commercial acumen.
