Job Details
We are working with a fresh produce importer who pack a range of fruit for retail and foodservice customers. This is a new role for the business and will cover all aspects of technical compliance for the business.
The Job:
Supporting the Quality Manager in all aspects of the Site Technical BRC Compliance and Customer / Retailer Technical Standards in conjunction with the management team.
Management of all aspects of HACCP, SEDEX, Stronger Together etc.
Managing the internal audit schedule.
Performing site audits and working with the management team to improve site standards.
Providing cover for the Quality Manager when required.
Supplier management and approval processes.
The Candidate:
This will suit an experienced Technical professional who is looking for a part time role.
You will have experience of BRC, HACCP, SEDEX, Food Safety etc.
You will have good broad knowledge and experience of fresh produce.
