Operations Director | Chilled Manufacturing

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an incredible chilled manufacturing business with an excellent reputation for producing a superb standard of product.

If you are a highly skilled, knowledgeable and strong Senior Operations Director / Head of Operations with a proven track record managing multiple sites and short shelf life product; we want to speak with you and say hello!

Reporting into the divisional MD you will be responsible for 4 sites, working closely with a senior team including CI, Production, Technical and Finance; you are fully responsible for P&L.

You must be straight out of the 'top drawer' to be a successful candidate and need to be a sophisticated operations expert but also highly people centric. You must have fresh food and or short shelf life knowledge and experience.
