Operations Manager

Initial salary between £26,064 and £31,152 per annum  

Based in King’s Lynn, Norfolk

We have a rare opportunity for you to join our team to ensure King’s Lynn and West Norfolk is kept looking clean and the public open spaces maintain their award winning appearance.

If you have experience of management staff effectively, ideally including a changing seasonal workforce, with excellent working knowledge of ground maintenance and working techniques this could be the post you are looking for….

You will be responsible for day to day management and operations functions of grounds maintenance and parks and gardens.  You will ensuring the efficient and effective completion of all works to the required standards, this will involve strategic and operation management of all aspects of public space.

You will have previous experience of developing and devising systems of work for the effective delivery of a front line service and of managing and co-ordinating employees and other resources.  A working knowledge of health and safety regulations/legislation is essential, as are excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with public queries at all levels effectively.  You must also have a current full driving licence.
