• Proven experience of team leading in landscaping construction
• The ability to plan and organise your time on projects efficiently and cost effectively
• A sound knowledge in all aspects of the landscaping industry
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of the team
• Must be conscientious, hardworking and able to thrive on physical labour
• A keen and willing attitude and eagerness to apply your skills
• Excellent customer liaison skills
• The ability to adhere to strict health & safety procedures
• A willingness to train less experienced staff
• Driving licence and own transport to get to yard
• The ability to adhere to company rules and procedures regarding tools, equipment and machinery
